By creating an account on VoteBall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VoteBall. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Skill-based platform
VoteBall is a skill-based prediction platform. Points and rankings are earned through prediction accuracy. No gambling or wagering is involved.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use automated scripts to submit predictions, share accounts, attempt to manipulate rankings, or engage in any abusive behaviour toward other users.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
